Our principal solicitor led teams as a supervisor at a leading practice, training numerous paralegals who went on to qualify as solicitors. Miss Sidibe has represented numerous clients with vulnerabilities and severe mental health concerns, and efforts have always been made to identify any issues from the outset of proceedings, to ensure that clients are treated fairly, protected and robustly represented. She has built up a valuable network of expert Counsel, whom she works with, whenever appropriate depending upon the complexity of the case.
The mindset at ABA Defence is to ‘go forth and conquer!’ This mantra was adopted by our principal when she used to train competitively as a 100/200 metre sprinter, and she epitomises that winning mentally in all aspects of her life. Miss Sidibe still trains consistently to date, and the same discipline that she adopts to complete a training session, is the same discipline and drive that she has as a criminal lawyer – relentless preparation, intense focus, committed, consistent and ready for any challenge. She is mentally sharp and unwilling to lose and will fight to exceed her clients’ expectations to the very end.

Successfully represented client in Drug Importation charge at Croydon Crown Court (September 2024).
Represented a 15 year old in 6 week Murder Trial at The Old Bailey with 4 co-defendants.
- Represented an elderly woman with severe mental health issues who stabbed her mother. Initially charged as s18 GBH and charge subsequently amended s20 following written representations. Obtained psychiatric/psychology reports and advanced robust mitigation which resulted in defendant being sentenced to a Hospital Order.
- Secured unanimous acquittal in Woolwich Crown Court for Drug Importation charge (September 2023).
- Successfully represented client in Drug Importation charge at Croydon Crown Court (September 2024).
