Raising queries or concerns with us – Complaints

We aim to offer all our clients the best service possible and we are confident that we will do so.

However if there is any aspect of our service you are unhappy with, please write to Jamila Sidibe, info@abadefence.co.uk, who is our Complaints Manager. Jamila will endeavour to objectively resolve matters as soon as possible. Please be assured that your complaint will be dealt with at no additional cost to you.  If you would like a hard copy of our complaints procedure, please let us know and we can send a copy to you by post. If we are not able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within eight weeks, you have the right to make a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.

You may contact the Legal Ombudsman by telephone on 0300 555 0333, or in writing to PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH, or via email to enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk. The Legal Ombudsman expects complaints to be made to them within one year of the date of the act or omission about which you are concerned or within one year of you realising there was a concern. You must also refer your concerns to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final response to you.
